Information and networking together: VicTory's Information Repository

Knowledge only makes a difference when it reaches the people who can act on it. That is the idea behind the VicTory Information Repository — the project's online space that brings together, in one place, the resources, tools, and materials developed to support a restorative and victim-centred response to hate crime and (violent) extremism.
Built both for justice professionals, victim support workers, case managers, correctional and civil society practitioners, law enforcement, as well as victims, the Repository is designed to be both a library and a meeting point. On one side, it gathers key information on hate and extremism – from criminal proceedings across partner countries, stories of recovery, coping mechanisms and referral information - making them easy to find, consult, and apply in day-to-day practice. On the other, it reflects VicTory's conviction that no single professional group can address hate and extremism-related victimisation alone: strengthening victims' rights and preventing secondary victimisation depends on cooperation across sectors and borders, which is achieved via a restricted networking component, which includes a shared database for case-management. By making these resources accessible, the Information Repository helps translate the project's work into something practitioners across Europe can pick up and use — supporting a more coherent, informed, and connected community of professionals working to place victims at the centre.
